Method
- Wash, cut and peel vegetables.
- Sauté in a pot the chopped onion, sliced carrots and celery.
- Add the water and the stock and let it boil for 30 minutes. Cook the potatoes steaming.
- While it cooks, cut the spring onion and cook the ham in a frying pan.
- When the potatoes are cook, mash the vegetables with the stock, and add them the boiled potatoes. Add salt and black pepper.
- Add the ham and the onion as topping on the soup.
