Method
- Peel, whash and cut vegetables.
- In a pot mix the leek, olive oil and butter and fry lightly.
- Add potatoes, pumpkin and water and let it boil for 20 minutes
- Mash all the vegetables with the cream cheese (you can also use yogurt or cream).
- Finally add soy sauce drops to create Kusama's patterns. The salty flavour of the soya sauce fits well with the pumpkin sweetness.
- And voilà! Our pumpkin soup is ready... Yummy!
